This is a PUBLIC AUCTION and everyone is invited to attend, bid and buy at this auction. There is no cost to register and bid. By registering for this auction you agree to abide by Morris Auction Group's Terms & Conditions for this auction. You further agree that any merchandise that you bid on and are the high bidder, you will accept and pay for same immediately following the sale.
All auction properties are sold in "as is, where is" condition. Seller makes no warranty as to the condition or the specific usefulness of any item sold. There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
A buyer's premium of ten percent (10%) will be added to the high bid to determine the total price to be paid.
All items are available for inspection prior to the auction date. It is suggested that you not bid on any property until you have thoroughly inspected the property.
Payments accepted are cash (delivered in person) or credit card only (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express). There is a 3% Premium added for credit card payments. Payments will be processed the day following the auction.
